Information you choose to provide
Estimate forms may collect your name, phone, email, ZIP code or community, requested service, radon reading, test details, foundation type, property size, real-estate deadline, and project notes. The forms also attach the landing page, source URL, referrer, UTM parameters, and submission time when those values are available in the browser.
Estimate request delivery
When you submit an estimate request, the information is sent to Billings Radon Mitigation and the systems we use to receive and respond to service inquiries. We use it to discuss the project, schedule follow-up, prepare an estimate, maintain delivery records, prevent abuse, and understand inquiry quality. If delivery is temporarily unavailable, the form displays an error and the request is not sent by email.
How information may be shared
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer communication. It is used for the radon inquiry you submitted and is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Analytics and attribution
Google Analytics is loaded only when a measurement ID is configured. Events may include phone clicks, estimate-form starts and submissions, planner starts and completions, email clicks, guide calls to action, and service-area calls to action. Analytics providers may process browser, device, and interaction data under their own terms.
Cookies and local browser state
Configured analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage. Interactive guide checklists keep selections only in the current browser tab and do not submit them. The radon-reading tool processes its input in the browser and does not send the reading to the server unless you separately enter it in an estimate form.
Retention and security
Estimate information is retained only as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. No online system is perfectly secure. Avoid submitting medical details, financial information, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
Your choices
You can use the educational content without submitting a form. Optional email and project fields may be left blank where marked. If a public contact email is configured, it will appear in the site footer for privacy or correction requests.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when analytics, retention, service providers, or contact practices change. The revision date at the top identifies the published version.
